• The guard house is pushed inwards in order not to Obstructs the main road traffic
• So when u drive into the development you can see and have the feel of the cascades
• There is a side gate between Stack 23 & 24 is fully shelter to the bus stop (bus 382w) at Sumang Walk

• The Units that is nearer to The Cascades (entrance) are mainly the bigger unit of 4 & 5 bedrooms and those inner facing the children pool & playground are mostly 3 bedroom
• There is a side gate located next to stack 38 :
i. From the model you will see a big pavement that goes directly to the park connector this pavement is actually part of the development
ii. But when developer bid the land HDB require them to give up this small piece of land to do an Easement for public use
iii. Out from this gate make a right turn walk along the path way of punggol road is about 200m to Sumang LRT station
